Orders and Shipping

You can check the status of your order as a guest here by entering the order number, last name and e-mail address or zip code. If you already have an account, you can locate your order on your account dashboard after logging in. If your order's status changes, you'll receive email updates.

Most orders will leave our warehouses within 2-4 business day(s). Exact delivery times are dependent on your location or the carrier companies over which we have no direct control. We will send you an e-mail notification once your order has been shipped out and if a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.

You can cancel most orders that haven’t entered the shipping process or been picked up in store. If you need to make changes to your order, please do so as soon as possible by sending us an email with your order number at [email protected].

We are required by California Law to collect sales tax on all orders shipping to any address in the state of California. The exact rate depends on your shipping zip code which will be calculated during your checkout.

Sales Tax Exemptions for California:

  • Sale to resale: If you are located in California and purchasing merchandise for resale, then you will have to fill and submit the "Resale Certificate" to us before placing your order. You can send it to [email protected]. We will waive the sales tax for you once your reseller number is verified through the CDTFA.
  • If you are purchasing for a government entity (such as Postal Service, branches of the armed services, military exchanges, federal courts, and agencies such as the U.S. Forest Service, and the Department of Housing and Urban Development) then please contact us before placing your order so we can setup your account accordingly.

Yes, we offer store pickup for most of our items. Please select "Store pickup" as your delivery method at the checkout, and we will notify you via email when your item is ready to be picked up, along with the address of the pickup location.

When a product is in backorder status, the estimated delivery date is provided on the product information page and in the order confirmation e-mail. In rare instances, when an in-stock item becomes unavailable after you have placed an order, you will receive a Backorder Notification email. In both scenarios, your item will ship as soon as it becomes available.

If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving the order and we will work to correct the problem. It would be great help if you e-mail us the pictures of damaged or defective item in order us to ship the replacement product or part immediately to you.
