Return Policy

Most new, unopened merchandise sold by Columbia Stone Products can be returned within 30 calendar days of purchase, with the following conditions:

  • Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect.
  • You must return the item in its original box with all accessories and parts included.
  • It's customer's obligation to pay for all return shipping and delivery expenses.
  • All return items are subject to inspection against any damages and approval upon arrival at the return warehouse.
  • All return items are subject to up to 30% re-stocking fee depending on return item's condition, which will be deducted from customer's refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling fee that you may have paid on your original order.
  • Return policy applies the same to all exchange requests.

How to return your order?

Before returning an item, please contact us for a return authorization by using the Contact Us form on our website or by sending an e-mail to [email protected]. We will provide you return reference number, detailed instructions for returning your items, and the return warehouse address.

In store purchased items can be returned to our store with a proof of purchase without any prior authorization.

Return Exceptions

We will not be able to accept your return request, if your item meets any of the conditions below.

  • Items returned after 30 calendar days from the purchase date.
  • Items with missing original box, parts or accessories.
  • Major / Oversize items including but not limited to Cranes, CNC Machines, Gantry Saws, Work Centers, Generators, some Lifters and Booms. We encourage you to contact us if you make sure if an item is qualified for a return before placing your order.
  • Hazardous materials. Due to safety hazards, hazardous items such as flammable  / corrosive liquids, gases or chemicals cannot be returned.
  • Labor, Delivery, and/or Installation Services.
  • Custom items which are ordered and tailored specifically to customer's requirements or measurements.
  • International orders including orders shipped to Canada.
  • Items you have already assembled.
  • Items which are marked as "Non-Returnable" or "Final Sale" (indicated on the product page before placing your order).
